Jimmy Dale

Once in a while a pig comes along that just wins every heart he meets. That's Jimmy Dale. Unwanted as a 5 year old, he was sent here and I anticipated a long grieving process as he adjusted. Surprisingly he adapted almost overnight and joined our "house" pig in sleeping inside some of the time.

He seemed to know immediately that this was the HOME he had been wanting. Here he wouldn't be cast off because of being in the way of a swing-set for the grandkids or being asthmatic.

He is quick to learn anything new, very easy tempered and loves to "help" with the chores around the yard, especially if it involves feeding anybody! Jimmy Dale is a delight to have here.

When Animal Planet came to film here Jimmy Dale was the pig who wanted to be a star and kept following the cameras.
