It was a wet and cold day with the winds blustery and mud made getting around a chore. But for the people who arrived to join in our Pig Feasting it was a wonderful day.. and everyone enjoyed the happy faces that greeted them as they brought load after load of fruit and cookies and pasta and other tasty treats.  Just before dark as I looked out on the center field from the office, I saw a pig standing alone over a large tub, still half full of goodies.. he just stared at them, knowing he was full.. but hating to leave the buffet!       

Thank You all for making this the most wonderful day of the year for all these rescued pigs. All the piggies were chosen . Thank you so much.

The day after Pig Christmas the Yard Boys got another helping of goodies. Mellow, the cat, sampled it..but couldn't understand all the fuss about something that didn't taste like fish at all!

and for hours it just kept coming... more fruit, more cookeis, more rice cakes.. until they could eat no more..

        And for those of you who have followed Fate's progress as he returned from starvation here he is enjoying a Pre Holiday sampler as food is being prepared.

Did anyone believe he would return from this?
