| 2004 - Constantia,NY |
In November we provided assistance to Second Chance, a closing Sanctaury in NW Pennsylvania, to help them place and transport the last 27 of their pigs*. In the process of screening potential homes we found a great home in upstate NY for 4 piggies. All they needed was some help with fencing,
Our ability to offer them a Helping Hoof gave these 4 pigs, whose future looked bleak, a new “Third Chance”.. And they are happy pigs indeed...
A lovely wooded spot was fenced and a new house built for these lucky pigs.

Note:
*All 27 were safely placed
They went to private homes and sanctuaries along the east coat and south. Between us and Minipigs in VA we were able to raise sufficient funds amongst our on line friends to pay all transport costs and dedicated pig supporters hauled pigs for free, with us paying only fuel costs.
