The pigs in this home were crowded after the hurricane destroyed fences. Overcrowding is  not a healthy or happy situation.  The Helping Hoof, with additional assistance from others, provided new fencing.

above, Buddy, four years old, in the old pen where he sleeps.  Part of the new fencing was used to redo the old fence on the pens.  Other  panels helped reinforce the old wire.

The pigs now have a healthier environment with more room to roam and root.
